Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin
Islands, orders are
required to ship via air express due to their geographic location. Please
call for rates.
All orders from U.S. Military bases and/or APO's
will ship via the United
States Postal Service. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery of these
orders.
Rush Deliveries
You may upgrade your shipping for a fee in addition
to regular shipping &
handling charges. Please call for rates. Orders placed on Friday will not
ship until the next business day. Please note that business days do not
include Saturday or Sunday.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return it for
a refund or exchange (Shipping and rush order fees are not refundable)
within 30 days of receipt. Returned Items must be received in their original
packaging and in perfect condition. Contact info@galaxyofgifts.net or
1-888-455-8904 order for a Return Authorization Number.
No Returns or Exchanges on personalized, embroidered
or engraved items will
be accepted.
No returns will be accepted without prior approval
and a return
authorization number. This RA number must be written on the outside of the
package. Enclose in the box with item(s) being returned your order number,
billing address, phone number, etc. We need to know exactly who returned the
items to ensure credit is issued to the appropriate person.
After processing your return, you will receive
a credit or refund check
within 7-10 business days (form of credit is dependant upon your initial
type of payment). If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the
requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned
portion of the order. We do not charge shipping & handling for exchanged
orders being reshipped, however, you are responsible for the initial postage
and insurance to ship the merchandise back.
Damaged Items
If any of your wedding accessories, wedding favors,
bridesmaid gifts or
groomsmen gifts have been damaged during shipping please contact us
immediately. We will replace any item damaged in shipping. Please save all
packing materials.

A Galaxy of Gifts has purchased a VERISIGN Certificate.
Verisign is a
digital encrypting service that uses state of the art encryption technology
to make your private information completely secure. It encrypts all of your
personal information, including credit card number, name, and address so
that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet.
You will
not receive e-mail from us other than customer service e-mail
related to a particular order or request of yours. We will not make your
name, e-mail address, home address, or any other personal information
available to other companies or individuals.
If you do not want to pay using a credit
card, you may pay by check. This,
however, will delay your order - checks must clear before orders can be
released for processing. Most checks clear within 7-10 working days. If
you prefer to pay via check or money order payable to A Galaxy of Gifts.
